EzProdX- an initiative to replace traditional complaint and suggestion box
On every morning, whenever I enter my department I see couple of boxes hanging with a rusted lock and tagged with the board complaint box and suggestion box.
Whenever, I see these boxes following are the questions that pop’s out my mind…
Yes, there any letter in the box?
Are students posting any suggestion or complaint?
Will the management spend time to open the box?
Will the student spend time to write any suggestion in the paper?
After some time, I took this as the problem and started to do as my side project. I started the work, really doesn’t know what to do? But one thing in my mind,
“I don’t know anything, but I’ll do it.”
Fortunately, this is my first project, where I coded the whole app in windows phone platform. Started the work by prototyping, designing, developing and finally distributing. The whole process took almost a week to complete.
Here is the snap shot of the mobile application a.k.a. software solution which I come up with..
Share something and Send SMS in the bottom of the app are used to share your complaint or suggestion to the management at any time without wasting paper.
In addition to that, you can
i. Calculate your assessment mark.
ii. Visit the university web portal.
iii. See your faculty profile.
iv. You can send mail to your faculty without knowing their mail ID.
The amount of time invested in EzProdX is less compared to the physical letter that you post in the box. Finally, EzProdX is an initiative to replace the traditional complaint box and suggestion box.
